LUMINYS SILK can be used dry, for an elegant and refined effect, and wet to get an intense and magnetic colour .

Pick up a bit of product with applicator and accurately blend on the upper eyelid with light strokes going up towards the eyebrow bone.
With the applicator tip, line the lower lid and blend carefully, avoiding unaesthetic colour lumps.
The baked formula can be applied in two ways:
- with a dry applicator: for a delicate and bright result;
- with damp applicator: for an intense and magnetic result.
An advanced technology which consists in mixing pigments and powders with water to then bake them in an oven at approximately 60°C for 12 hours.
This gives two great results:
- the texture is fluffier and smoother, softer to the touch;
- colours are brighter and more luminous, guaranteeing maximum performance in application and hold.
